Senior Project Superintendent - Multi-Family Columbus Location: Columbus, Ohio (Relocation Assistance Available) Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 Company Structure: ⭐ Employee-Owned (ESOP) Company ⭐ Summary of Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the company’s lead representative on-site, directing daily operations to ensure the project is safe, on schedule, within budget, and meets all quality standards.
  • Partner with the Project Manager as a complementary team, conceptualizing construction plans and executing short-range daily activities. Qualifications & Certifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent in multi-family housing, commercial, and/or K–12 construction.
  • Required Documentation: Must provide a multi-family project list with application.
  • Certifications: 10-Hour OSHA Construction Certification, plus CPR and First Aid. Essential Duties Preconstruction
  • Assist in developing schedules, phasing, logistics, and constructability reviews.
  • Support the development of bid packages and the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers. Construction
  • Site Leadership: Lead and coordinate daily field activities, manage subcontractors, control project costs, and drive the project schedule.
  • Quality & Safety: Enforce quality control (including punch lists), ensure strict adherence to safety policies, secure the jobsite, and manage inspections and code compliance.
  • Administration & Reporting: Produce daily reports, maintain accurate as-built drawings, properly file project documents, and actively resolve field issues.
  • Communication & Contracts: Lead OAC and Foreman meetings, and fully understand owner agreements, subcontracts, and POs.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor Field Engineers and Assistant Superintendents. Business Development
  • Mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in RFQ/RFP responses and project interviews, assisting in developing future opportunities. Schedule & Compensation
  • Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
  • Base Salary: $125,000 - $140,000
