Role Description The Data Engineer (Full-time) will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure that support analytics, reporting, and operational systems. Working on-site in Columbus, OH, this role will develop and optimize ETL processes, manage data warehousing solutions, and ensure data quality and integrity across multiple sources. The Data Engineer will collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders to model data, streamline workflows, and deliver reliable datasets for decision-making. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting data issues, improving performance of data processes, documenting data architectures, and contributing to ongoing enhancements of the companyโ€™s data platform.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing to design, implement, and maintain scalable data infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Data Modeling to structure data for analytics, reporting, and operational use.
  • Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to move, transform, and integrate data from diverse sources.
  • Capability in Data Analytics to support insight generation, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Columbus, OH, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
