Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in driving project success by managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project execution while ensuring high standards for safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change management
  • Partner closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Lead client communication, project meetings, and coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Review project financials, cost reports, invoices, and forecasting to maintain strong project performance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Experience managing projects from ground-up through completion
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Design-Build project experience is a plus
  • Experience mentoring Assistant Project Managers or Project Engineers preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
