Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Worthington, OH, requires experienced Alarm & Fire Technicians to install, maintain, and repair fire safety systems. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and life safety regulations, and troubleshooting fire extinguisher systems, fire suppression systems, and alarms. Technicians will also be responsible for addressing and resolving technical issues, providing routine maintenance, and ensuring the efficient functionality of safety equipment. The role requires collaboration with team members and maintaining clear documentation of completed tasks.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with Fire Extinguishers and Fire Suppression Systems
  • Expertise in Fire Safety and Life Safety best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues within alarm and fire safety systems
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in fire safety or related fields are advantageous
  • Familiarity with local, state, and national fire safety regulations is a plus
