Ready to build on your construction experience? As a Field Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial construction projects while working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to expand their project management and field operations experience.

What You'll Do
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation

  • Assist with project controls, budgeting, and change order management

  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and design partners

  • Track project progress and help keep projects on schedule

  • Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of construction experience, including internships or field experience

  • Understanding of commercial construction processes and project documentation

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
