Job Description Construction Project Administrator Location: Columbus, OH We're looking for a Construction Project Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong organizational and communication skills. This role is essential to supporting the smooth execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. What You'll Do: Coordinate and manage administrative tasks across all phases of construction projects Maintain and organize project documentation (contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, and drawings) Track project schedules, deadlines, inspections, and key milestones Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams Support procurement and monitor material deliveries Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute notes to project stakeholders Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in construction or project administration Associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Professional Experience with construction software like Procore or ComputerEase is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us: Competitive compensation package Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity for career development and advancement Be part of impactful, high-quality construction projects Interested.
