Allstate Exteriors is one of Ohio's leading roofing and exterior restoration companies, serving homeowners and commercial property owners throughout Ohio and Florida. We are growing our Service & Repair Division and are looking for an experienced roofing professional who can diagnose problems, perform repairs, and provide exceptional customer service.

This is not an entry-level roofing position. We are looking for someone who understands roofing systems, can solve difficult leak issues, communicate with customers, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.

What You'll Do

Roof Inspections & Leak Diagnosis

  • Inspect residential and commercial roofing systems
  • Identify active leaks and determine root causes
  • Evaluate roofing deficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Document findings with photos and detailed notes

Repairs & Service Work

  • Complete repairs on:
  • Asphalt shingle roofs
  • Metal roofing systems
  • TPO roofing systems
  • EPDM roofing systems
  • Flashing assemblies
  • Skylights
  • Chimneys
  • Roof penetrations
  • Perform warranty repairs and service calls
  • Handle punch-list items and quality-control corrections

Customer Communication

  • Meet directly with homeowners and property managers
  • Explain roofing issues and repair options
  • Build trust through professionalism and expertise
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Documentation & Quality Control

  • Upload photos, notes, and inspection reports
  • Assist with warranty inspections
  • Support production and quality-control efforts
  • Maintain accurate job documentation


Compensation & Benefits

Base Compensation

  • $30–$40 per hour based on experience and skill level

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 5 years of roofing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and leak diagnosis skills
  • Experience with asphalt, metal, TPO, and EPDM roofing systems
  • Knowledge of flashing details, waterproofing, and roof penetrations
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely climb and work on roofs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

  • Previous experience as a foreman, superintendent, project manager, or service manager
  • Experience creating repair scopes or estimates
  • Insurance restoration experience
  • Experience with CompanyCam, AccuLynx, or similar software
  • Siding and gutter repair experience
