Job description

Class A Entry level. 18 positions for Class A Drivers at entry level need to be filled.

You have your Class A license, now you just need OTR training in order to get those big paying jobs. Other companies won't give you a chance without experience we will.

In order to qualify you must have your certificate of completion from an accredited training Academy with at least 120 hours of schooling within the last 2 years.
You will go out for OTR training for 4 weeks of paid training. Training pay isn't much, it's just $650 per week. You won't be home during this period. Think of it like basic training in the military. The goal is to bulid your confidence behind the wheel and turn you into an excellent safe Class A driver.

After you apply we will call for a short interview with you. If we think you'll be approved we will help you put in your application. The approval process normally takes about 24-48 hours.

When you complete training and get assigned your own company truck you will be able to obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs. Entry level drivers are earning $1200-$1400 per week and up after training.

We also offer tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL.

To get started with these Class A Entry Level positions you must...

  • Be ready to get started right away.
  • Have your current Class A license in good standing. No suspensions in the last year.
  • You must be least 21 years of age.
  • You must be able to pass any test, urine or hair follicle
  • Have acquired your CLASS A license in the last 2 years with at least 120 hours of Academy training.
  • Must have your certificate of completion or your Academy transcripts to email us.
  • Possess fairly clean MVR no DUI'S in the last 5 years.
  • Be able to pass all background checks. No serious charges ever.
  • Be able to pass all DOT related tests including hair or urine test
  • Possess current Class A CDL and DOT physical in good standing

Most of our trucks are Freightliners and Peterbilt trucks. We offer 10 speeds as well as Automatic trucks. Auto Restriction, no problem.

Your benefits will kick in at 30 days of working with us.

Our Benefit Package is from Blue Cross Blue Shield including Life and vision insurance and 401k.
