Job description

Entry-Level Appointment Setter - $1,200 - $2,000+/Week Turn opportunity into results

Feazel is looking for driven, outgoing people to join our field marketing team as Canvassers. This is a door-to-door role where you'll be the first friendly face homeowners meet - building trust, creating urgency, and setting up appointments that help customers protect what matters most.

If you like being on the move, talking to people, and getting paid for what you produce, this is the job. No roofing experience required - we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What you'll do
  • Work with your sales manager on daily territory assignments for appointment setting
  • Canvass new territories each day, going door-to-door to introduce Feazel and schedule roof inspections
  • Set quality appointments for the sales team and partner with salespeople to make sure every customer is taken care of from start to finish
  • Use our canvassing app to manage your territory and maximize your productivity in the field
How you get paid
  • $75 for every appointment set (customer must agree to a roof inspection)
  • An additional $75 bonus when storm damage is found and the customer signs a service agreement
  • Commissions paid weekly

Most reps earn $1,200-$1,500 a week, and our best reps earn $2,500+. The harder you work, the more you make.

What we're looking for
  • An outgoing, positive personality and genuine enjoyment of talking with people
  • Comfort being on your feet and walking consistently throughout the day
  • Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of conditions
  • Reliable transportation
  • A strong work ethic and a drive to hit - and beat - your goals
Training and growth

Your first day is a paid, hands-on training course with our certified trainers, where you'll learn roofing systems and components, canvassing theory, and the Feazel appointment-setting process. From there, our sales leadership team is committed to creating opportunities for you to grow and thrive within the company.
