We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee a multi-concept hospitality business that includes a fine/casual dining restaurant, private event space, and a high-energy nightclub/lounge. This role is responsible for leading a team of department managers (Restaurant Manager, Event Manager, and Nightlife/Bar Manager), ensuring operational excellence across all business units, and driving overall profitability and growth.

A key focus of this role will be the development and successful launch of a brunch program, adding a new revenue stream while maintaining brand consistency and service quality.

The General Manager will act as the senior on-site leader, aligning all departments under a unified vision, culture, and performance standard.

Leadership & Multi-Unit Oversight

• Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for all department managers.
• Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for each business unit.
• Conduct regular leadership meetings to ensure alignment across restaurant, events, and nightlife operations.
• Foster a strong, collaborative culture focused on excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across all concepts to ensure seamless coordination.
• Ensure each department is executing at high standards in service, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Standardize and enforce SOPs across all operational areas.
• Step in to support managers during peak periods or operational challenges.

Financial Management & Profitability

• Own full P&L responsibility across all business units.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Monitor revenue streams including dining, events, nightlife, and upcoming brunch service.
• Implement cost control measures for labor, food, beverage, and operational expenses.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitability (VIP packages, bottle service, private bookings, brunch experiences, etc.).

Brunch Program Development

• Lead the concept development, planning, and launch of brunch service.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar leadership on menu design and pricing strategy.
• Develop staffing models and operational flow specific to brunch service.
• Introduce promotional strategies such as themed brunches, live entertainment, or premium packages.
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize for revenue and guest experience.

Event & Revenue Growth Strategy

• Oversee event sales strategy, pricing models, and booking processes.
• Ensure flawless execution of all private and corporate events.
• Partner with promoters, vendors, and clients to maximize event revenue.
• Expand event offerings to include premium and recurring experiences.

Nightlife Operations Oversight

• Ensure nightclub operations are well-managed, profitable, and compliant.
• Oversee entertainment programming (DJs, live acts, themed nights).
• Ensure proper security protocols, crowd control, and licensing compliance.
• Drive guest engagement and retention through elevated nightlife experiences.

Staffing, Training & Development

• Oversee hiring and onboarding of management and staff across all departments.
• Ensure each department manager is effectively training and developing their teams.
• Create leadership development pathways for internal growth.
• Manage performance, discipline, and retention strategies.

Marketing & Brand Alignment

• Collaborate with marketing to promote restaurant dining, events, nightlife, and brunch launch.
• Ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints and experiences.
• Support social media, influencer partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
• Identify trends and opportunities to keep the brand competitive and relevant.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, alcohol, and labor regulations.
• Maintain all licenses and permits required for restaurant, events, and nightlife operations.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies, especially for late-night operations.
• Handle escalated guest issues and incident reporting professionally.

We are a new upscale, family-oriented Afro fusion dining and entertainment experience. Our cuisine, drink and entertainment experience is unique and vibrant. We also have an event space that host private parties and events. In addition, we are a destination establishment with shows and bands lined up.
