Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Emergency Disaster Relief Services

Monday-Sunday, 5-Days a Week, 8-Hour Shift Between 7:00am-11:00pm EST

What You’ll Do:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls from individuals and families affected by disasters
- Provide clear, accurate information on available federal disaster assistance programs and eligibility requirements
- Assist callers in completing, checking the status of, or troubleshooting their disaster assistance applications
- Document every caller interaction accurately and thoroughly in a secure case management database
- Follow up on pending cases and escalate complex or sensitive issues to supervisors or specialized teams
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure callers receive consistent, timely support
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a federal background check, as employment is contingent on client approval
- Must pass lifetime criminal background and credit check (no current delinquencies, no student debt, no back taxes)
- Will require flexibility to support varying schedules, including evenings or weekends, based on operational needs
- Prior customer service or call center experience is required
- Strong verbal communication skills paired with patience and empathy, especially when supporting callers in stressful situations
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, using case management and call center software while talking with callers
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
