Allbridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a full-time LNHA-Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. 

Qualifications of Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

  • Minimum of 1 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH
  • Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
