Engineering Internship Program Offeringsย 

Mechanical - Capital Engineering Intern:ย 

  • Completing an assigned engineering project during the term of the internshipย 
  • Contributing to several ongoing capital engineering projects within the plantย 
  • Experience with and exposure to supporting the Project Management Life Cycle, including:ย 
    • Preparation of project specifications and requirementsย 
    • Project schedule coordination and utilization of Project Management toolsย 
    • Installation oversight, project closing activities, and sustainability initiativesย 
  • Valuable insight into large-scale manufacturing facilities, equipment, and safe working practicesย 
  • AutoCAD experience - updating existing drawings and creating new drawingsย 
  • Exposure to Conveying, combustion, fluid, and pneumatic transfer systemsย 

Mechanical - Maintenance Engineering Intern:ย 

  • Experience with and exposure to the primary components of Equipment Reliability, including:ย 
    • Asset management and process improvementย 
    • Capital management and executionย 
    • Contractor integration and managementย 
    • Development of machine maintenance best practices (PM,ย PdM, and more)ย

Required Qualificationsย 

  • Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) at an ABET accredited programย ANDย be a maximum of 24 months away from graduationย 
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (cumulative, and within major)ย
