  • Design Engineering Responsibilities:Conduct research and develop innovative product concepts with an emphasis on scalable, high-volume manufacturing.
  • Evaluate emerging materials, technologies, and manufacturing methods to improve product performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  • Lead prototype development activities, including testing, validation, reliability analysis, and design-for-manufacturing initiatives.
  • Create and refine product designs using CAD software such as CATIA and other 2D/3D modeling tools.
  • Partner with customers and stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure project objectives and requirements are achieved.
  • Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Engineering Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated success designing electro-mechanical or other manufactured products.
  • Experience with CATIA preferred; candidates with strong experience using comparable CAD software will also be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of excelling in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
