Job description

Apply Category: Engineering & Scientific, Quality Title: Learning Management Specialist Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 5 Month 100% Onsite Role Purpose The Learning Management Specialist is responsible for the effective administration, optimisation, and support of the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS), ComplianceWire. This role ensures learning management system is accurately maintained, learners are supported, and compliance requirements are consistently met. Key Responsibilities LMS Administration & Support Manage day-to-day LMS operations (user accounts, permissions, roles).

Ensure accurate assignment of courses, curricula, and certifications. Support content lifecycle management (uploads, version control, retirement). Generate standard and custom reports on learning activity, compliance, and completion rates.

Act as primary point of contact for LMS users and stakeholders. Resolve support queries and escalate when needed division org. ComplianceWire admins.

Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements (e.g., audit readiness). Maintain accurate learner records and audit trails. Ensure data accuracy and system integrity

Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with HR, L&D, Quality, and business teams to understand training needs. Support the rollout of new learning initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements. Communicate system updates, changes, and best practices to relevant groups.

Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Customer focused mindset with a proactive approach. Experience & Qualifications 2-5+ years' experience administering an LMS or similar system.

Experience in L&D, HR systems, or digital learning environments. Relevant degree or equivalent experience (HR, IT, Education).
