Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Administrative Receptionist.
Administrative Receptionist Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00/hr (based on experience)
Location: Columbus, OH
Administrative Receptionist Requirements/Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Administrative Assistance, or related field preferred, or at least 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Previous office administration or receptionist experience required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with inventory tracking, scheduling, or office coordination is preferred.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
About the Administrative Receptionist Role
As an Administrative Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for customers and staff.
