Located in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio, Hamilton Local School District is seeking an Administrative Office Receptionist, that is organized, efficient, and self-motivated. We are offering a position that includes a full-time (8 hours per day from 7:30am to 3:30pm), 260-day contract for the 2026-2027 school year, to start July 1st, 2026.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to two years in general office work.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
  • Effective active listening skills
  • Organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to generate correspondence independently
  • Ability to operate office equipment, e.g., copier, fax
