Mancan is looking for an Experienced CNC Plasma Burn Table Operator for a Metal Products Company in Mansfield.
Key Responsibilites: Prepares work to be accomplished by studying materail pick lists, CAD drawings, and operation routers.
- Programs nesting for Plasma Burn Table using Radan mesting software.
-Select programs for the Plasma Burn Table from the company network as identified on routers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Plasma Burn Table cutting problems by replacing tools or altering settings on machine.
-Run and monitor the cutting of parts
-Remove cut parts from skeleton
Job Requirements:
-Computer programming knowledge
-Knowledge of PM
-General working knowledge of Plasma Burning
-Knowledege of the use of hand tools and power tools
Skills:
-Blueprint Reading
-Good reading skills
-Good math skills
-Ability to work under pressure
Must be detail-oriented, meticulous, team-oriented, ability to learn quick, and use of good judgment.
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm with possible OT
Pay Range: $19-24. Based on experience.
