Position Summary:

We are seeking aBIM / CAD Specialistto join our team in our Westerville office. This roleis responsible forcreating, managing, and coordinatingaccurateBIM models and detailed drawings using established mechanical and engineering drafting methods. Theinitialfocus will beonprocess piping, withopportunities to expand intoadditionalindustrial projects.This position works closely with multidisciplinary project teams to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop andmaintaincomplete andaccurateBIM models based on sketches, specifications, and contract documents provided by project coordinators

  • Prepare detailed installation drawings and bill ofmaterials fromthe BIM models using approved drafting standards.

  • Review, manage, and manipulate electronic design files

  • Update models and drawings to reflectas-built conditions

  • Coordinate withMechanical, Civil, and Electricaldisciplines to integrate project features into unified BIM models

  • Interface with project team members to understand and implement project requirements

  • Support ongoing project coordination and constructability efforts through effective modeling practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum5+ years of experience with BIM platforms includingRevitandNavisworks

  • Proficiencyin CAD software such asAutoCAD Plant 3Dand/orCivil 3D

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Understanding ofpipe systems, mechanical layouts, and industrial construction processes

  • Ability to read and interpretconstruction documents, drawings, and specifications

  • Strong experience with3D modelingworkflows in a construction or industrial environment
