Job description

As a Program Manager you will manage programs for regional financial, strategic financial, fortune 1000, global accounts and enterprise customers. This position will support functions at the customer service level for all Securitas Technology project opportunities. National Accounts are typically multi-geography enterprises and require ongoing coordination across area boundaries representing $15-$50 million total annual potential service and sales revenue to Securitas Technology.

Essential Functions:

  • Support assigned National/Key Accounts by managing service performance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with contract renewals, negotiations, and achieving account profitability goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Partner with Installation Managers and Directors to manage customer relationships, reporting, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure Installation Managers are aligned with customer needs and available to address issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with Program Teams to review performance, projects, and strategic plans.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Field Support teams to align on account plans and performance metrics.
  • Engage with Account Teams not currently supported to explore future Electronic Security Program (ESP) opportunities.
  • Lead and support project planning, execution, and delivery within the Securitas Technology framework.
  • Ensure project plans meet company and customer standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance and provide guidance to keep initiatives on track.
  • Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely and quality installation readiness, including staging and kitting of orders.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings with customers to define schedules, responsibilities, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and update best practices, processes, and support procedures.
  • Ensure project teams are trained and compliant with company policies and standards.
  • Provide leadership and decision-making support during project execution and conflict resolution.
  • Gather and act on formal customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.


Job Requirements:

  • BS or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Project Management or a Technical Discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience in project management and/or project coordination for complex system integration or professional services programs
  • Successfully managed National / Global / Strategic Account relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering professional services such as consulting, system implementation, software support, or network design
  • Proven ability to lead teams, operate independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building and maintaining strategic customer relationships, including national and global accounts
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking capabilities and a service-oriented mindset
