Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Integrated Safety Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive safety manuals and SOPs that cover both our company-owned assets and our non-asset carrier vetting processes.
- Strategic Onboarding: Design and facilitate a world-class safety orientation program for new open-deck drivers. Ensure all new hires are seamlessly integrated into Adcock's safety culture from day one.
- Retention & Recognition: Develop and manage driver incentive programs that reward safe driving behaviors. Use telematics data to power "Driver of the Month" programs and safety bonus structures that improve driver satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Asset Fleet Compliance: Manage all FMCSA requirements for our open-deck drivers, including Hours of Service (HOS), Driver Qualification (DQ) files, and Vehicle Maintenance logs.

- Learning Management System (LMS): Direct experience utilizing an LMS (e.g., Luma, Infinit-I, CarriersEdge) to deploy, track, and document safety training and monthly safety meetings.
- ELD & Telematics Mastery: Proficiency in managing ELD data and leveraging telematics platforms (e.g., Samsara, Motive) to monitor behavior and power recognition programs based on safety scores.
- Safety Software: Experience using Safety Management Systems (SMS) to track training, accident reports, and DQ file compliance.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret telematics and LMS engagement data to identify trends and build proactive safety intervention programs.
