Role Responsibilities - What Awaits You

  • Ensure the accuracy of results, identify and resolve discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
  • Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required.
  • Thoroughly document procedures, aid in training new personnel or students, and maintain high-quality lab standards.
  • Uphold a clean and safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications Required
  • ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
  • Maintain an active certification throughout your employment duration.
