Job description

We are looking for aSenior Financial Analystto work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This role is a strong fit for an analytical professional who wants to move beyond reporting and into true business partnership and strategic influence. You’ll work closely with leadership to drive insights, support decision-making, and help shape the financial direction of a growing organization; all within a collaborative, high-energy environment in downtown Columbus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Providedata-driven insightsto support strategic business decisions
  • Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy and business outcomes
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership
  • Identify opportunities forprocess improvement in financial planning and analysis
  • Assist with long-range planning and key business initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (experience with financial systems or BI tools is a plus)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced or evolving environment preferred
