Infin Moving is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Communications Assistant for an immediate start in Columbus. This role supports daily customer and client communications, scheduling coordination, and operational communication to ensure smooth moving services for residential and commercial customers.



Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily customer communications via phone, email, and scheduling systems
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding moving services, appointments, and service updates
  • Coordinate communication between customers, dispatchers, and moving crews
  • Maintain accurate customer records and scheduling information
  • Support office staff with administrative and communication-related tasks
  • Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications
