Concrete Finisher
Hours: 7-5 p.m.; weekend, evening, and early morning hours as required.
Job Location: Various Job Sites

Summary: Cement Masons work on different types of construction projects. Cement Masons have a thorough knowledge of concrete characteristics. Our Cement Masons consistently perform as construction professionals by delivering quality work, being prompt, following all safety policies and procedures, and positively communicating to work safely, skillfully, and productively to help build work per plan. Our Cement Masons consistently demonstrate Integrity, Gratitude, Excellence, and Leadership.
Responsibilities:
(This position may not include every example listed, nor do the examples cover all duties that may be performed. The work a Cement Mason may perform is within the scope of the agreement with the Cement Masons.)
  • Finish concrete to appropriate specified finish and tolerances;
  • Assist with concrete crew work;
  • May spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, or trowels;
  • May monitor how wind, heat, and/or cold may affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process;
  • Communicates with supervision regarding training and safety equipment uncertainty;
  • Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.

Any deviation of job responsibilities must be first cleared by the Jobsite Foreman or Superintendent.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening
  • Must have reliable transportation
