Assembler

Location: Delaware, OH
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for dependable Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Delaware, OH. This position involves assembling automotive headliners for car models in a fast-paced production environment. No weekends are required, and overtime may be available.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble automotive headliners according to production specifications
  • Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards
  • Inspect completed products for defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and production guidelines
  • Work efficiently as part of a team
Schedule & Pay
  • MondayFriday: 6:00 AM2:30 PM
  • Overtime: May be available until approximately 4:30 PM
  • Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
  • Perfect Attendance Bonus: $40
  • Pay Increase: Eligible for a $1.00/hour increase after successfully completing 6 weeks and being hired on
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
