Job description

Senior Automotive Technician
  • Monday–Friday.
  • No Weekends.
  • Weekly Pay.
  • Advanced Diagnostics.
  • Quality-Focused Shop.

You're Experienced. You Shouldn't Have to Settle.

After years in the industry, you know what makes a great shop—and what makes a bad one.
You're looking for a place where your experience is respected, your opinions matter, and you're trusted to do what you do best.
At Auto Allies, we don't believe experienced technicians should have to fight for work, deal with unnecessary drama, or sacrifice quality just to keep up with unrealistic expectations.
We're looking for a seasoned technician who takes pride in fixing vehicles correctly, enjoys solving difficult problems, and wants to be part of a team that works together to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Do:
As a Senior Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for:
  • Advanced maintenance and mechanical repairs.
  • Brake, steering, suspension, driveline, engine, and cooling system repairs.
  • Diagnosing drivability, electrical, and intermittent concerns.
  • Performing accurate testing and root-cause diagnostics.
  • Completing thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with photos and recommendations.
  • Clearly communicating findings with the service team.
  • Helping mentor and support less-experienced technicians when needed.
  • Producing high-quality repairs while maintaining strong productivity.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a technician who has:
  • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with electrical testing, scan tools, and modern vehicle systems.
  • The ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs from start to finish.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • ASE Certifications are appreciated but not required.

Why Experienced Technicians Choose Auto Allies?

Here's What You'll Find:
  • Monday-Friday schedule—your weekends are yours.
  • Busy, established shop with a loyal customer base.
  • Consistent workflow and organized systems.
  • Leadership that understands what it's like to work in the shop.
  • Teamwork instead of competition.
  • Quality-first repairs instead of rushed production.
  • Modern Digital Vehicle Inspections.
  • Continued training and opportunities to sharpen diagnostic skills.
  • Respect for your experience, ideas, and craftsmanship.
  • Clean, professional work environment.
  • Free snacks and drinks.
  • Birthday lunch of your choice plus birthday cake on us.

Pay & Benefits:
  • Competitive pay based on your experience and diagnostic ability.
  • Performance bonus opportunities.
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit.
  • Group health insurance available.
  • Paid vacation.
  • Paid training and continuing education.
  • Stable, family-oriented work environment.
  • Long-term career growth opportunities.

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:50 AM – 4:50 PM
