Compensation: Starting at $28.85/hour

About the Role
Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys leading projects to success? We are looking for someone SKILLED AND HANDS ON AS A Building Maintenance Technician, not a general handyman, to handle all physical aspects of the building and who excels when working independently. You'll be the go-to person for keeping properties in top shape and managing contractors. You will not be negotiating pricing or managing contractors.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Utilize your expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair building infrastructure and equipment.
  • Oversee all property maintenance
  • Conduct daily building walkthroughs to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, staff, and visitors.
  • Work closely with the Site Manager to report job progress, manage daily supply needs, and keep the building fully stocked. Maintain a neat, organized workspace and consistently adhere to all company safety and health policies.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
  • Strong experience in general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting).
  • A strong commitment to safety.
  • A proven ability to work independently, manage your time, and take ownership
  • Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and video conferencing for team check-ins.
