Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN General, Dialysis, Mental Health) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 52 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Experience: Minimum Years of Experience required License: Licensed Registered Nurse Certifications: Certificate of authority as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Behavioral Healthcare Provider Must-Have: Proven ability to coordinate and provide behavioral healthcare services

Description: The Behavioral Healthcare Provider develops, coordinates, implements, and provides interdisciplinary services. These services are concerned with the development and integration of behavioral and biomedical science relevant to health and illness. The position involves the application of this knowledge to prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. Independently provide behavioral healthcare services within credentialed scope of practice. Serve as lead worker or liaison to other support agencies. Act as lead worker over lower-level behavioral healthcare providers. Develop and implement treatment plans for clients. Coordinate admission, assessment, evaluation, and treatment plans of client's care cycle. Provide interventions with acute and complex clients. Handle cases with numerous factors and problems and provide crisis intervention. Participate in establishing, implementing, and directing behavioral healthcare programs and treatment system objectives. Develop and design treatment intervention techniques, evaluate, and modify treatment systems. Evaluate performance of lower-level providers in administering prescribed treatment plans. Maintain necessary data documents to meet compliance requirements. Serve as an active member of treatment teams and participate in meetings. Establish and maintain working relationships with facilities, agencies, and support services for coordination of referrals and follow-up services.
