Job description

Overview

Superior Beverage Group is a family owned and operated company that has been around since 1922. Our Warehouse Associates provide countless smiles across all Northeastern and Central Ohio. Warehouse Associates pick, organize and ship out everyone’s favorite beverages. This is a fast-paced, physical environment that provides our customers with all their beer and wine needs.

Compensation

  • Up to $35/HR - Pick Bonus Available!
  • $850/Year Attendance Bonus Eligible 

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday: 7AM to Production Finish

Typical Duties

  • Following proper safety and quality standards while working alongside our voice-to-pick system
  • Making sure beer and wine cases are picked accurately using scanners and other technology
  • Ensuring customer orders are not damaged
  • Loading trucks accurately for our delivery team and customers
  • Sorting damaged beer and wine cases
  • Putting away returned cases of beer and wine
  • Problem-solving

Skills & Qualifications

  • Reliability and dependability. Good attendance is important for all - ask us about our attendance bonus!
  • The ability to lift up to 35lbs cases and 170lbs kegs safely
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience in material handling and equipment operating is a plus
  • Being able to understand labels and coded dates
  • Ability to use technology on a basic level
