Role: Industrial Engineer (Robotics)
Location: Marysville, Ohio (Onsite)
Duration: Permanent (Full-Time)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform plant investigations and feasibility studies
  • Conduct interference and clearance analysis for robotics
  • Optimize weld spot distribution across robots for cycle time efficiency
  • Create and maintain problem tracking charts and provide solutions
  • Develop equipment, robot, and process specifications
  • Conduct robotic simulations for welding, sealing, and handling processes
  • Perform robot reach studies using simulation tools
  • Support new vehicle model launches on production lines
  • Assist in production ramp-up and line innovation/renovation
  • Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams
  • Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Robotics Engineering
  • Hands-on expertise in 3DX (3DEXPERIENCE)
  • Experience with Delmia V5 (preferred)
  • Knowledge of weld, paint, and final assembly processes
  • Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing
  • Good project management and coordination skills
