As a BHT, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for clients, while also promoting a sense of community and belonging. Must have a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical and housing intakes, providing a smooth and welcoming experience for new clients

  • Seamlessly orient new clients to the facility and residential areas, making them feel at home

  • Be a role model and advocate for clients, ensuring their well-being and safety

  • Transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring a safe, timely arrival and a comfortable experience

  • Adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment, always ready for new challenges

  • Share the power of the 12 Step Program, supporting clients on their transformative journeys

  • Demonstrate expertise in executing room and bag searches
