Purpose of Position
The Communications Specialist is responsible for the writing and threading of key messaging to enhance the Employee experience. This position supports the coordinating, researching, and producing of announcements and events; messaging for multimedia; and editing for NetJets communication needs from planning to execution phases.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Initiates, creates, and develops communications for internal departments and identifies appropriate channels for communication based on partnerships with internal stakeholders.
  • Supports and ideates company events, including planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Supports the edit process for companywide communication needs.
  • Maximizes technology to ensure all channels and platforms are providing the best Employee experience.
  • Builds collaborative partnerships with internal partners to ensure commitment to final output.
  • Assists with crisis communications for all digital channels, media, and internal messages.
  • Participates on special project teams.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
