About the Role

Are you a hands‑on problem solver who loves digging into the data to make products safer, stronger, and more reliable? We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to spearhead product validation and testing activities for next‑generation automotive components and systems.

In this role, you will be the critical link between design concept and real‑world performance. You won't just run tests—you will own the entire validation lifecycle, from configuring advanced data acquisition systems to troubleshooting design anomalies and delivering engineering solutions that elevate product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning & Execution: Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complex automotive components and systems.

  • Instrumentation & Setup: Prepare, calibrate, and configure specialized test equipment, sensors, and data acquisition (DAQ) systems.

  • Validation Testing: Conduct rigorous physical and functional validation testing in strict accordance with engineering standards.

  • Data Analysis & Diagnosis: Analyze and interpret complex test data to pinpoint design bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend concrete corrective actions.

  • Root‑Cause Investigation: Verify testing accuracy, identify gaps in testing coverage, and lead root‑cause investigations for testing anomalies.

  • Collaboration & Reporting: Partner closely with design, development, and cross‑functional engineering teams. Document your findings in detailed technical reports and high‑impact presentations.
