Job description
Used Diesel Truck Buyer
We are seeking a highly experienced diesel truck buyer who primarily buys trucks in person from physical auction lanes.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience buying directly from physical auto auction lanes.
- Strong experience specifically with diesel pickup trucks.
- Expert knowledge of all diesel trucks.
- Ability to quickly evaluate mechanical condition, body/frame condition, mileage, options, recon needs, and overall value.
- Strong understanding of wholesale values and the diesel truck market.
- Experience with auction condition reports, announcements, titles, PSI, and arbitration.
- Ability to make quick and confident buying decisions while vehicles are crossing the block.
