Job description

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Reconditioning Technician to perform diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance work for customer and dealership vehicles.

Pay Range

$27-35 per hour, based on Smog Certifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Perform used car inspection, including a test drive, and prepare an estimate.
  • Perform repairs and QC checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Use diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, tires, etc.
  • Use Rapid Recon for workflow.
  • Use Alldata to aid in diagnosis and vehicle repairs.
  • Ensure the accuracy of parts requests, inspection forms, and recon-related documents.
