Are you a highly analytical inventory expert ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Demand & Deployment Analyst to join a fast-paced, data-driven environment. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping inventory strategy and execution, ensuring that the right products are always in the right place at the right time. You'll optimize stock levels to maximize sales, margin, and customer satisfaction, working at the exciting intersection of merchandise planning, allocation, and analytics. This is your chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, align demand forecasts with inventory deployment strategies, and contribute directly to the success of a major retail enterprise.
What You'll Do
  • Execute inventory deployment and allocation strategies across various channels and store formats.
  • Analyze sales, demand, and inventory trends to optimize stock levels and maximize performance.
  • Partner closely with merchandising, planning, and operations teams to support floorset planning and assortment strategies.
  • Perform detailed store-level and size-level analysis to identify opportunities and correct inventory imbalances.
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc reporting to support critical inventory and planning decisions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve assortment productivity and allocation efficiency.
  • Support international and domestic partners, including franchise relationships, to align inventory strategies globally.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements in reporting, analytics, and deployment workflows.

What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory deployment within retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including working with large datasets, building models, and creating pivot tables.
  • Experience with store-level, SKU-level, or size-level performance analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in apparel, fashion, or size-intensive retail environments.
  • Exposure to international markets or franchise operations.
  • Familiarity with planning, forecasting, or allocation systems (any equivalent tools).
  • Understanding of retail financial metrics such as sales, margin, sell-through, and inventory turns.
  • Experience supporting floorset planning or assortment optimization.
