Job description

 Westerman, Inc., an employee-owned company, is a multiple site manufacturer of production and storage equipment within the oil, gas, and nuclear industries. Our equipment helps optimize well pad design, improve separation efficiency and lower overall equipment spend through high-performance surface separation and processing technology. Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide.

SUMMARY

Assist the Project Management team with various clerical and administrative tasks to ensure that the company’s projects are executed in a timely and profitable manner while maintaining customer satisfaction. Tasks will be assigned by the project managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Regular and punctual attendance at work is an essential job function of each position and is necessary to your individual effectiveness and that of your work group. Regular and punctual attendance is required of all employees.

  • Create Sales Orders and Work Order for new projects.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining electronic project files with pertinent project information throughout the duration of a project.
  • Assist in arranging shipping of finished products, including filling out delivery tickets.
  • Closing-out of projects in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Epicor) and assembling invoicing packages.
  • Printing and issuing prints for a project including filling out of transmittals and Quality Control (QC) checklists.
  • Assist with assembling equipment manuals.
  • Assist with financial forecasting of projects.
  • Assist with any other daily tasks, as necessary, at the Project Manager’s discretion.
  • Other duties as required and assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year previous office experience required
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and PDF editing software required
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in basic computer operations, email, scanner/copier, record keeping, organization, maintaining files & records required
  • Demonstrated regular and punctual attendance at work required
  • Extreme attention to detail required
  • High level of organizational skills required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team required
