  • Strong problem-solving skills – Adapt quickly to changing schedules, customer needs, and route challenges while maintaining safe and efficient operations.
  • Comfort with physical, outdoor work – Thrive in fast-paced environments, including construction sites, industrial locations, and special events in varying weather conditions.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete assigned service routes according to established schedules.
  • Deliver, remove, relocate, and transport portable restrooms, sinks, trailers, and holding tanks.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain portable sanitation equipment to Porta Kleen quality standards.
  • Restock paper products, sanitizer, deodorizer, and other required service supplies.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections.
  • Identify, document, and report vehicle or equipment maintenance needs promptly.
  • Load, secure, and transport equipment safely to prevent damage or safety hazards.
  • Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Track hours of service and daily activity using company-issued mobile devices to remain compliant with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and assigned mobile devices in clean, safe, and working condition.
  • Use company-issued mobile devices to document completed services, routes, and customer information.
  • Maintain accurate service logs, work orders, and required route documentation.
  • Adjust daily schedules as needed to assist team members and complete service routes when operational demands change.
  • Assist with yard organization, equipment staging, and general operational support as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (fewer than 8 MVR points) and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 75–100 pounds repeatedly throughout 8–12 hour shifts.
  • Ability to frequently bend, kneel, climb, and enter or exit trucks multiple times throughout the workday.
  • Ability to adjust daily schedules to assist team members and complete service routes as operational needs change.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and muddy environments.
  • Ability to work around sanitation equipment, industrial noise, and active job site hazards while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Experience towing trailers and safely maneuvering vehicles in tight or congested job sites preferred.
  • Flexibility to work extended shifts, overtime, weekends, and travel between service locations as business needs require.

Benefits and Perks

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Time off and floating holidays
  • Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back to your community

  • Wellness benefits that support your overall health and well-being
  • Opportunities for training and professional development
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Stable company with long-term career opportunities
