Since 2008, Eager Enrichment has been inspiring young minds through engaging, hands-on after-school programs. Our Eager Engineers curriculum brings STEM concepts to life for thousands of elementary students through exciting building challenges using LEGO®, K'NEX®, Blocs, and other creative materials.

As our programs continue to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic instructors to lead after-school STEM classes for elementary students. If you enjoy building with LEGO®, exploring STEM concepts, and working with children, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact while having fun.

Available Positions (2026-27 School Year)

We are hiring for the following locations:

  • Dublin City Schools: Monday-Thursday. All classes begin at 3:30pm
  • Olentangy Schools: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. All classes begin at 3:25pm

Applicants may indicate one or multiple locations of interest.

Schedule & Compensation

Pay is $40 per class for one-hour classes. Paid training will be provided locally in August. Classes are held after school in elementary schools, with start times listed above. The program begins the week of September 15, 2026.

What You'll Do

You'll lead engaging STEM classes for students in Grades K-4 using lesson plans and materials provided by Eager Enrichment. Students participate in hands-on building projects using LEGO®, K'NEX®, Blocs, and other engineering materials while developing creativity, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include classroom setup and cleanup, guiding students through structured activities, maintaining a positive learning environment, tracking attendance, and communicating with staff using mobile applications. Successful instructors can adapt their teaching approach to meet the needs of a variety of learners while keeping students engaged and excited about STEM.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in educational, recreational, childcare, camp, volunteer, or similar settings is preferred. A passion for working with elementary-age students is essential.

Applicants should be dependable, organized, and comfortable leading groups of up to 20 students. Candidates must be comfortable using mobile apps for communication and scheduling, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds for short periods of time to transport program materials.
