Job description

Seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join a highly respected, hospital‑employed, multi‑specialty physician group located in a thriving central Ohio community east of Columbus, dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care supported by advanced technology and a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Highlights
  • Hospital‑employed anesthesiology role within a multi‑specialty physician group
  • MDs may perform their own cases or medically direct CRNAs (medical direction model)
  • Single‑hospital coverage model with a collaborative anesthesia team
  • Broad case mix including:
    • General Surgery
    • Orthopedics (high‑volume service line)
    • ENT
    • Urology (GU)
    • Gastroenterology (GI)
    • Obstetrics/Gynecology
    • Vascular
    • Plastic Surgery
    • Podiatry
    • Psychiatry procedures
  • No cardiac, neurosurgery, or major trauma cases
  • Opportunity to develop and maintain skills in regional anesthesia (peripheral nerve blocks preferred)
  • Integration of advanced perioperative assessment tools, including point‑of‑care ultrasound (FOCUS)
  • Monthly CME conferences and M&M discussions

Compensation & Benefits
