• Manage the traffic flow of all projects and bandwidth through the entire process - from intake of the project to assigning it to a team member to managing it through production, post production and final review/edits.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders and the Product Marketing Team to ensure strong creative briefs are created. Lead weekly touch base meetings keeping all owners updated on project developments around production and timelines.
• Manage studio operational planning, including oversight of production resources, equipment investments, and external production expenditures.
• Lead the internal creative studio, managing and mentoring photographers and videographers to ensure collaboration professional growth, and high-quality creative output.
• Guide creative development by presenting concepts, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring final deliverables align with brand standards, marketing objectives, and audience needs.
• Maximize production value by identifying opportunities to extend content utility across multiple channels, campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Oversee vendor and external partner relationships, including freelancers and agencies, to ensure work is delivered within scope, timelines, and budget expectations.
