We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team for a seasonal role during one of our high-traffic periods of the year. In this position, you will support increased customer demand by helping shoppers quickly locate essential products, maintain organized and fully stocked sales floors, and ensure a smooth and efficient in-store experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy assisting a high volume of customers. You will play a key part in keeping operations running efficiently while contributing to overall sales performance and customer satisfaction during this peak period.
Job Description:
- Greet and help customers politely.
- Provide product details and assist with inquiries.
- Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Engage customers to suggest products.
- Upsell and promote special offers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Receive and unpack merchandise shipments.
- Stock shelves according to company standards.

Qualifications:
