Currently, we have a Property Preservation Coordinator opportunity with a nationwide leader in property preservation and field services, where you'll be part of a trusted team supporting banks, mortgage servicers, and investors with quality, compliance-driven solutions that keep communities strong.
The Property Preservation Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

The Property Preservation Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Communicating with vendors regarding property matters, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and negotiating bids effectively.
- Responding to customer and client inquiries related to services, products, billing, timelines, and addressing any issues or problem areas.
- Reviewing photos for both in-progress and completed jobs to ensure quality and compliance.
- Managing client and vendor interactions across the assigned territory or client portfolio.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction by consistently meeting timeline expectations and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all company services.
- Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage workload efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Entry-level candidates with no FHA or repairs experience are welcome.
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
