Job description
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Receptionist opportunity with a trusted leader in the title and escrow industry, known for its stability, innovative solutions, and commitment to exceptional customer service. The Receptionist will be responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Receive callers and visitors at the establishment and provide a professional first impression.
- Determine the nature of business and direct callers and visitors to the appropriate destination.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Professional, personable, and friendly demeanor.
- Strong phone skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Word.
- High School Graduate.
- Experience in real estate, title, and/or escrow environments.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
