About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant to support a busy Lennar Title office during a six-month contract assignment. This is a great opportunity to join an industry leader, contribute immediately, and potentially transition into a long-term role depending on business needs and market conditions.

Whether you have experience managing your own escrow files or supporting an escrow team, we're looking for professionals who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional closing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review closing packages, escrow documents, and settlement paperwork.
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, builders, and attorneys throughout the transaction.
  • Review title commitments, lender instructions, and closing requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation and conditions are complete prior to closing.
  • Schedule closings and coordinate settlement activities.
  • Assist with balancing files, funding, and post-closing activities based on experience.
  • Maintain accurate electronic files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple transactions and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, Escrow Processor, or similar title industry professional.
  • Residential title and escrow experience required.
  • SoftPro experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the residential closing process.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity
  • Join Lennar Title, a nationally recognized leader in the title and real estate industry.
  • Gain experience with one of the country's most respected homebuilding organizations.
  • Six-month contract with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on business needs and market conditions.
Pay Rate Range: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
