WorkSource is seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technician for Cantex Inc. at their Mineral Wells location. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering stability, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay $22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general and electrical maintenance across all plant equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
• Rebuild and install equipment to support plant upgrades and projects
• Safely operate a forklift
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance shop and work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
• Adhere to company attendance and work policies
• Support other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant or Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment manuals
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
