Pay rate: $20.90/hr
Shift: Swing shift 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Responsible for overseeing daily inspection activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection to ensure products meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role serves as the link between quality and Ops by driving consistent inspection practices, timely resolution of quality inspection issues, and overall quality performance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily QC inspection activities based on production priorities and risk
  • Ensure adherence to inspection plans, drawings, specifications, and standardized inspection methods
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable standards such  ISO 13485
  • Escalate critical quality risks that may impact product quality, delivery, or compliance
  • Perform inspections regularly to support workload and ensure continuity of operations
  • Maintain a safe work environment by monitoring safety risks and ensuring adherence to safety procedures
  • Support and drive 5S, Safety Standards, Quality, and consistent implementation of company and plant procedures and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned

What your background should look like

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years  of work experience
  • Must have ability to take independent decisions regarding the product .
  • Working knowledge of production flow and processes
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required for leading others
  • Basic computer skills including data entry, SAP manufacturing and ISO 9001 knowledge.
  • Must be proficient in English language.

Physical requirements: 

  • Frequent standing and walking is required for this job 
  • Repetitive movement required during inspection
