Wiley|Wilson, with 190+ employee-owners across five offices, is looking for the right person to grow with us!As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects, serving federal government clients. These projects may include site development, stormwater management, environmental permitting, utility infrastructure, and pump station design.You will provide team leadership, collaborate across disciplines, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure client satisfaction. You'll also mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.If you're a creative and logical thinker who excels at tackling complex design challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
