Wiley|Wilson, with 190+ employee-owners serving clients across five locations, is looking for the right person to grow with us!We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our Architecture department in Richmond, VA. This role plays a key part in the development of complex, non-routine projects, leading architectural design from the proposal phase through to construction. As a Project Architect, you will oversee several projects of varying size simultaneously, developing and working closely with junior architectural staff across the company for support.What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary along with employee ownership through our ESOP program and work-from-home flexibility with details provided upon inquiry.
