As a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth back-of-house operations - maintaining cleanliness, supporting the culinary team, and creating a safe and efficient work environment that enables great dining experiences.

    Responsibilities:
    What You'll Do
    • Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
    • Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
    • Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
    • Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
    • Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
    • Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned
